¡Step into my World! I am Daniel Fonque
I am a Senior Network and Security Engineer who enjoys building networks that are reliable, scalable, secure, and clear enough to operate when things get complex.
Most of my work lives between Service Provider and enterprise environments: MPLS VPNs, BGP, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, security platforms, and multi-vendor infrastructure across Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Meraki, and related technologies.
I like going beyond the configuration line. I care about why a route is selected, how a service is validated end to end, how a migration should be sequenced, and how automation can make operations cleaner and more predictable.
I am still that curious engineer who breaks things in the lab, rebuilds them with patience, documents the lesson, and keeps learning with purpose.
This website is my technical notebook, lab archive, and personal space to document how I learn, break, rebuild, and understand networks.
